You may use your iPhone as a modem to your computer by tethering the iPhone. This allows you to have complete Online access even if you don't have a wireless indicate or access to any cable modem. Whilst some working programs might never allow the tethering performance to work, Microsoft's Vista operating method does. In fact, whereas both a Vista plus iPhone consumer, I know tethering works seamlessly on the two devices.

1 Turn your iPhone and PC on.
2 Press "Settings" on your iPhone, subsequently select "General," next choose "Network." Pick "Internet Tethering" and then select "On." Select "USB Only."
3 Plug in the iPhone sync wire to the iPhone and the computer.
4 Open up some Web page to determine if you have an Internet connection. If you do, you are finished: Surf the Web. If not, you want to enable that link. Go to the "Start" menu on your computer and choose "Control Panel," and then wide open "Network and Internet." Pick "View Network Status also Tasks." Choose "Change Adapter Settings."
